Governor Tom Wolf announced the approval of new funding for the Erie Regional Manufacturer Partnership (ERMP) to support WorkAdvance, a short-term job training program that will address the needs of manufacturers and create a job-ready workforce in the Erie County region.

Modern Indsutries is a founding memeber of, one of the locations for on-the-job training, and Dennis Sweny is on the executive committee of ERMP.
