Modern Industries employs over 225 dedicated employees throughout our locations in Western Pennsylvania. We are a non-union operation that has an excellent professional relationship with our employees, from management to accounting to shop floor craftsmen. Our employees are offered the opportunity to have a strong voice in suggesting process improvements, procedural changes, and opportunities in the market to help us achieve continual improvements and grow as a company.
